NASHVILLE, Tenn. (June 26, 2024) – UMG Nashville announces the addition of Houston Gaither as Director of Radio Marketing to its Radio Promotions team. Originally from Coweta, Okla., Gaither began his radio career as an on-air personality for Cox Media Group’s KWEN in Tulsa while attending Rogers State University. Following graduation, Gaither went on to serve as Music Director and Assistant Program Director for iHeart Media’s KTGX in Tulsa and KTST in Oklahoma City. Gaither relocated to Nashville in 2021 taking the role of Manager of Content, Promotion, & Artist Development for Sony Music Nashville. Now in his new position with UMG Nashville, Gaither oversees all audio and video content for the UMGN promotions department.
