Josh Turner celebrated an impressive career milestone on Friday night with his 150th performance on the iconic Grand Ole Opry. Joined by some very special friends and Opry legends, The Oak Ridge Boys welcomed Turner to the stage while Charley Pride and Randy Travis watched the momentous occasion from the wings.

Prior to going on stage, Turner shared, “I’ve been playing the Opry for 16 years and had honestly lost count of how many times I’ve played until just recently when they told me this will be my 150thperformance. It’s surreal to think of 150 appearances at the Opry because there have been performances at the Ryman and performances at the Opry House – I even performed a couple of times at Municipal Auditorium during the flood of 2010. The people I’ve come to know through the Grand Ole Opry and the fans I’ve been able to reach, it’s just been an incredible experience.”

That evening, Turner also received his Opry member award commemorating the Opry’s 90th Anniversary and this fall, the multi-platinum-selling star celebrates his own 10th anniversary of being a member of the famed institution.

Turner’s performance included his No. 1 hit “Hometown Girl” off of his current No. 1-debuting album Deep South, his Platinum-selling No. 1 “Would You Go with Me” plus, his brand new single “All About You” playing at country radio now.
