Little Big Town’s “Over Drinking,” official music video will world premiere Tuesday, October 29th at 1pm CST/2pm EST. Video will be live here.
The video stars Michelle Monaghan (Mission Impossible, Gone Baby Gone, True Detective) and was directed by brother-sister duo, Stephen and Alexa Kinigopoulos i.e. Running Bear at Silverados Dance Hall & Saloon in Goodlettsville, TN.
Taking inspiration from classic movies like Urban Cowboy and Thelma & Louise, the video sits in the 1970’s complete with Stetsons, fringe, and a mechanical bull.
“Over Drinking” written by Jesse Frasure, Cary Barlowe, Hillary Lindsey, Ashley Gorley, and Steph Jones is currently at country radio and is the first official single off of the Grammy-winning bands upcoming ninth studio album, Nightfall. Nightfall is set for release January 17th.
The foursome will also appear on “The Kelly Clarkson Show” Monday, October 28th (check local listings) and will be discussing the upcoming album, tour, “Over Drinking,” and more.
