NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Bold, new, up-and-comer Parker McCollum makes his country radio debut today with “Pretty Heart,” one of the most-added singles of the week, listen HERE. Co-written by Parker along with Randy Montana, “Pretty Heart” is the first single off his forthcoming major label debut on MCA Nashville.

Since Parker released “Pretty Heart,” the song has continued to impress fans and critics alike racking up more than 25M streams.

“What makes ‘Pretty Heart’ a hit is the chorus. It gets into your system immediately. After that the groove resonates, as do the lyrics.” – Bob Lefsetz

“‘Pretty Heart’ showcases McCollum’s ability at writing and releasing unique story songs that leave a lasting mark on the listener” – Billboard

“The passion of Parker’s fans is off the charts. We had a sold-out show with him last September, just three weeks after putting ‘Pretty Heart’ on the air, and the crowd sang it back as loud as any other song in his set.  Seven months later and our audience still can’t get enough of it, or him!” – Chris Huff, KILT Houston

“The first time I heard the song I had to listen to it again and again and again! Parker already has every metric to prove ‘Pretty Heart’ is a Big Old Hit!” – Corey Garrison, WTHT Portland

“Pretty Heart” has already cracked Top 40 on the Billboard Country Airplay chart and fans can watch the music video for the nostalgic tune HERE.

The Austin, Texas native just released a new track titled “Like A Cowboy,” listen HERE. Written by Chris Stapleton and Al Anderson, “Like A Cowboy” marks the first outside cut for Parker who felt a special connection to the song as it reminded him of his grandfather and his upbringing.

Parker was recently selected as a SiriusXM Highway Finds Artist and has previously been named an Artist to Watch by CMTRolling StoneSiriusXMMusicRow and Sounds Like Nashville. A singer/songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and dedicated road warrior, Parker began building a following in 2015 with his album The Limestone Kid. The track “Meet You in The Middle” became a hit on Texas’ regional radio chart — no small feat for an independent, 22-year-old musician — but it was the album’s widely-acclaimed follow-up, Probably Wrong, that helped Parker find national success. Compared to John Mayer and Jason Isbell by Rolling Stone, Parker supported the album with a string of sold-out shows, bringing record-breaking crowds to venues like San Angelo’s RiverStage and two sold-out night at Billy Bob’s along the way. Born in Conroe, TX, the 27-year-old entrepreneurially-spirited artist bridges the gap between Texas’ homegrown music scene and Nashville’s country-industry headquarters.
